Ask us to delete your data
Email info@accessfuel.com with the subject "Data deletion request". If you have an AccessFuel account, send it from the email address you sign in with and name your workspace. If you are a customer of a business that uses AccessFuel, include the email address you want removed and, if you know it, the business.
We verify each request, delete the data within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done. Some information may be kept where the law or our Privacy Policy allows it, for example to complete a transaction or comply with a legal obligation.
Remove AccessFuel from Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
In AccessFuel, go to Data sources › Meta. Disconnect the data connection, and under Customer lists click Disconnect. Disconnecting customer lists first empties the audiences AccessFuel keeps up to date in your ad account wherever the connection still allows it (the audiences themselves stay in your account), then deletes our access. If our access has already been revoked, the audiences keep their current members; empty or delete those audiences in Meta if you no longer need them.
In Meta, a business can remove AccessFuel at any time under Business Settings › Integrations › Connected apps. If you connected with your personal Facebook login, you can also remove AccessFuel under Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations. Once removed, we can no longer access your Meta accounts.
Data already synced into your AccessFuel workspace stays there until you ask us to delete it as described above.
Remove AccessFuel from Google and HubSpot
In AccessFuel, disconnect the data connection under Data sources. If you use audience sync, also click Disconnect under Google Ads › Customer lists or HubSpot › Lists. These are separate permissions: disconnecting the data connection alone does not stop audience sync. If our access has already been revoked, empty or delete the retained lists in the platform if you no longer need them. You can also remove AccessFuel's access from your Google Account permissions page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) or, in HubSpot, from Connected apps.
If you are a customer of a business that uses AccessFuel
Businesses use AccessFuel to analyze their own customer data and, if they choose, to keep audiences up to date in their own advertising and CRM accounts. To stop being included, unsubscribe from the business's marketing emails or contact the business directly: you will be removed from its synced audiences at the next daily update. You can also email us as described above and we will act on your request within 30 days.
